In the last years, the Raptors were a really tough matchup for the Magic. ORL’s best player Vucevic had problems to be efficient offensively against Marc Gasol and Serge Ibaka. The good news is that both players are gone from TOR, and the Raptors have tremendous problems at the center position this season, and therefore, I expect Vucevic to have a nice matchup today.
ORL could not handle the big strong perimeter LAC defense in their last game, and their guards struggled to score. TOR will likely be without OG Anunoby & Norman Powell, and so they won’t have size on the perimeter that could limit ORL guards.
On the other end, ORL defense is far from being an elite defensive unit as they struggle to defend in transition and are not a good team protecting the rim. TOR will use small lineups, and so I expect this contest to be a fast-paced affair, so I’m taking the Over in here.
